Task: heavy industrial equipment shipment from Beijing to Naberezhnye Chelny.
Cargo: hydraulic press for mounting plates + washing line.
Total weight: 248,470 kg.
Service: 8 vehicles – 3 low‑bed trailers for oversized cargo and 5 standard tarpaulin‑covered trucks.
Critical requirement: block shipment – all 8 units had to arrive at customs and the discharge point strictly simultaneously. No time gap was allowed; an early or delayed arrival of even one truck would have broken the customs clearance and receiving schedule.
Transit time: 32 days from pickup to final delivery.
Spoiler: we delivered a full week ahead of the client’s initial estimate (they expected 40+ days).
Key milestone: customs clearance at Zabaikalsk.
Important detail – the client did not deal with local intermediaries directly. We handled the entire cycle: signed the agreement with the temporary storage warehouse (TSW), hired a licensed customs broker at the border, and took care of all payments. This ensured full legal compliance and smooth procedure management, removing any need for the client to coordinate with the receiving side.
What we delivered in the end:
Coordinated dispatch and routing of 8 drivers across different routes within China and Russia.
Real‑time synchronisation of low‑bed trailers and tarpaulin trucks to align their arrival at the border crossing.
Tight scheduling to bring all vehicles to the same customs window at Zabaikalsk and then onward to Naberezhnye Chelny.
The whole convoy was met at the final site – all units arrived on time, with clean documentation and a complete set of closing papers from our customs broker.
